Appearances
Welcome! You’re invited to explore and learn from Steve White’s events, media placements, and podcasts where he reflects on his leadership approach.
Steve grew up as the son of a fiercely determined and hard-working single mother. His book explores the defining – often heart-wrenching – moments on his path from the housing projects to president of Comcast West and how he positively made a difference in his life and for those around him.
Steve is the former president and now special counsel to the CEO of Comcast Cable. He works with executives on a number of important initiatives, including leadership development, strategic planning, diversity, equality, and inclusion, and digital equality.
He started working as a young boy with his mom and brothers. Because he started working at an early age he realized that an unwavering work ethic and commitment attracts opportunities that lead to an impactful life. Steve applies the same uncompromising will to keep his purpose front and center. His purpose is to create a table of prosperity that everyone can participate in and enjoy. His life journey translates into life lessons that he shares in his keynote message with large corporate, academic, nonprofit, trade audiences and soon-to-be-released book Uncompromising.
Steve White, former President of Comcast West, learned one of his most valuable leadership lessons while working a sales position way back in 1986. All it took, Steve says, was getting fired. Watch Steve White’s inspirational interview with The CEO Forum.
Steve speaks with podcast host, Marc Kramer, about his story and relentless drive to live an uncompromising life.
Do you let circumstances define who you are, or do you take charge of your life no matter how challenging it is? Steve helps you answer this question in his riveting interview with Lifehack.org. Interview conducted by Leon Ho, founder and CEO of Lifehack.org.
